Customer Reviews

We went specifically for the empanada tacos and WOW!! The tacos were delicious!! I give the tacos 5 stars. We tried beef and chicken and could not decide which tasted better..lol My only suggestion would be freshly grated cheese, but it did not stop me from giving a 5 star. For the atmosphere, not much seating, just window bar height seating and is on a busy intersection, but the parking is good so that did not matter. Most certainly returning for more tacos! Thank you for the good food!

Very nice & polite staff. Food is delicious 🤌🏽 worth every penny. I’m sad I’ve only just discovered this place being here and it’s so close to my house. But definitely planning on enjoying it more often. Highly recommend 10/10 & 5 stars!

This place was great! We went around 1230 on a Friday and they had a large selection of baked goods. Food was ready in 15 minutes. Their empanadas are not that large, but worth the price. You would probably want three, if eating them as your whole meal. The Cuban sandwich is huge and a good value. Everything was very good! The beef empanada I got was just like the ones from the Island. I can't wait to go back and try some of the different flavors.

Me and a friend was in the area and she said I know a place that has great empandas! I said show me the way lol!!! Omgosh! I'm hooked! EXCELLENT !!! 👌🏾 I've passed this place up numerous times on my way to the doctors. My empandas didn't last long... didn't even make it out the door and I got them to go they where gooood! I tried the Argentina beef empandas. I'm going to be here daily for a lunch fix. lol I tried the passionfruit juice of the day. Pretty good too! I couldn't resist and grabbed one of the red velvet cookies for later. All my stuff was great! And what great customer service from the young gentleman who waited on me! I love this place on the first visit. These are the kinda restaurants I mess with! Homemade stuff! It's a must try if you like tacos, empandas and bakery! You know the tacos are next on my list lol

I had high hopes for Bella Luna, touted as the best spot for empanadas in the city, but my experience was nothing short of dismal. From the moment I stepped inside, I was met with a shocking level of rudeness from the cashier, who also happened to be the cook. His attitude was appalling; it felt as though he was genuinely irritated that we dared to enter the establishment. Every interaction was a struggle, as he mumbled out responses that left me wondering if he even wanted to be there. When I asked about the menu, his dismissive reply about the lack of Spanish rice was almost enough to make me walk out before placing an order. It’s hard to believe that a place with such a reputation could deliver such terrible customer service. I drove all the way from Akron, expecting a delightful meal, only to be met with disgust and disdain. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a welcoming dining experience.
